Rylie and Savanna were bound by a courage that far outpaced their years. Meeting at BC Children’s Hospital after being diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic neuroblastoma, they formed an immediate, unbreakable bond. They turned hospital rooms into playgrounds for crafts and stories, finding light in the shadows of treatment.

While Rylie was a whirlwind of energy and resilience, Savanna was the quiet strength that anchored those around her. They faced every needle and setback side-by-side until November 2022, when Rylie had to say goodbye to her dearest friend. Devastated but determined, Rylie continues to share their story, proving that the bond they forged is stronger than the illness they fought.
